RVNA held it’s ninth annual Spring Breakfast on April 24, 2009 at the Ethan Allen Hotel. Over 350 attendees joined in the fun of celebrating Spring and raising more than $68,000 in support of home health care and community wellness services for our community. At a time when personal financial resources are tighter yet health care demands have increased, the sponsors, table hosts, contributors and attendees helped to make a lasting difference.

Funds raised will be used to cover the cost of uninsured and underinsured health care services for residents in our community. It will also help to cover the cost of free blood pressure clinics, multiple flu clinics, wellness seminars, travel medicine clinics, and our annual Health Fair which offers free health screenings to hundreds of residents. In addition, financial support of the Spring Breakfast helps RVNA to offer six Well Child Clinics annually, providing area children with full physical examinations and vaccinations for free or reduced cost.
On behalf of the people who are served by the RVNA, a most humble thank you to all who participated and contributed their effort, energy and financial resources. We hope to see everyone in April 2010 for the tenth annual Spring Breakfast!
