Support and Self-help Groups  

Support and self-help groups – All groups are free, open to the public and confidentiality is respected.
At the VNA on the following date(s):

  • Ridgefield Lyme, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia Support Group-Professionally facilitated group that meets the second Thursday of each month from 12noon to 1pm at the RVNA office.  Call Jennifer Reid at 431-0462 for more information.
  • NEW!  Bereavment Support Group--professionally facilitated by our medical social worker.  Will meet on the 1st Wednesday of the month starting October 1st from 11:30am-12:30pm at the RVNA office.  Open to anyone who has suffered the loss of a loved one. 
  • Al Anon - Twelve-step program meeting every Friday at 12 p.m. and every Monday evening at 8 p.m. at the VNA.
  • Co-dependents Anonymous (CODA) - Twelve-step program providing fellowship of women and men whose common purpose is to develop healthy relationships. It relies upon the 12-steps for knowledge and wisdom. Meetings at the VNA, every Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - noon.

For adults 60 and over.  Prescription required.  We cannot bill insurance companies but can give you documentation to submit.

Available for girls ages 9-18 at our Well Child Clinics.  Women ages 18-26 may receive vaccine during our regular office hours.  Prescription required.
