Support and Self-help Groups  

Support and self-help groups – All groups are free, open to the public and confidentiality is respected.
At the VNA on the following date(s):

  • Ridgefield Lyme, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia Support Group-Professionally facilitated group that meets the second Thursday of each month from 12noon to 1pm at the RVNA office.  Call Jennifer Reid at 431-0462 for more information.
  • Al Anon - Twelve-step program meeting every Friday at 12 p.m. and every Monday evening at 8 p.m. at the RVNA office.
  • Co-dependents Anonymous (CODA) - Twelve-step program providing fellowship of women and men whose common purpose is to develop healthy relationships. It relies upon the 12-steps for knowledge and wisdom. Meetings at the RVNA office, every Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - noon.
